FBLA officers treasurer, Kiersten Tholstrup; president, Tiffani Allerheiligen; and secretary Trista Crome attended the Summer Leadership Seminar at Emporia State University Monday, July 25th. At SLS, the officers heard a keynote on leadership & spent the afternoon in workshops.
FBLA entered a float in the Washington County Fair parade Saturday, July 23rd. The float designed and created by Tiffani Allerheiligen took 2nd place in the 4H/school category. Float riders were Ava Hertz, Mackenzie Kuhaneck, Tiffani Allerheiligen, Emma Hoover, and Ella Dusin.

At the July 18 school board meeting, the track athletes who qualified for state were recognized. We had several athletes qualify in multiple events. Coaches are Tommy Tryon and Bobby Smith.

Tomorrow (7/14) we will not be having the 2nd session of high school weights from 6:45-7:45. There will still be the 1st session at 6:45am and junior high session at 8am.

Last week the Ruby Reds attended a KSU camp hosted by CCCC. We learned many new band chants and are looking forward to partnering with our pep band more in the coming year! Can’t wait to entertain and rally all our great tiger fans!! Who else is ready for Friday night lights?!
