Our Washington County boys’ team competed at state today at Wamego and finished 8th. Way to go, boys! Garrison was our top finisher at 29th and ran for a PR! Brody’s got 45th, Drake got 62nd, Tucker was 77th with a PR, Blake was 81st with a PR, Ryan was 87th with a PR, Connor was 99th. To PR on this course, says a lot about our boys determination. Coach Baker is proud of this team.

Although our season did not end as we wanted tonight, there is still plenty to be proud of. The growth throughout the past year from 2-7 to 5-4 and reaching the playoffs. I would like to thank the seniors for the past 4 years as members of the Tiger Football team. We will continue to improve every day as players, leaders, and people because of the culture they have helped start here at Washington County #BeTigerStrong -Coach Tryon
