Washington County Varsity Scholars’ Bowl took 3rd place at the Beloit Tournament on Oct. 23. They won their pool with a record of 5-0 and then faced St. John’s in the semi-finals and lost 80 to 40. The Tigers went on to defeat Ellsworth in the consolation round to take third place. Southeast of Saline (who had previously lost to WCHS) took home first place by defeating St. John’s in the final. It was a great first outing for the Tigers.
