Highland Art Day is April 17 at
Highland. Good luck!

Hayden built a neat American Flag. He learned that painting can have frustrations, but he kept at it, and it turned out well. These wall hangings are always a great addition to any room. Great job, Hayden!

2nd meet in the books for our Junior High Track team. Today they competed at Valley Heights in a quad style meet. This allowed for unlimited entries and kids to try new events. We came away with the 8th grade sweep, boys and girls both won the meet! 7th graders showed big improvements. Kids have tired legs and we have a bit of a break between meets, so we will NOT have practice tomorrow, Friday, April 11th.

Congratulations to all of our student musicians today. 7-12th grade students competed today in Choir and Band at our state level competition. Both the Choir and Band both earned Excellent ratings from all the judges in their respective categories. With this rating they showed off not only their musicality and how much they have grown and worked over the past 9 months. I will share recordings later on my personal page (Abigail J Sawin) so you can listen to Just how wonderfully they truly did!!
The choir had massive improvement from the TVL event to today and I couldn't be more excited to
See what this last month and a half of
School will bring for them.
The band had a touch of nerves in the beginning but powered through and got some great feedback from the judges and knocked their second song out of the park. So very proud to be a Tiger today and the leader of the Washington County Players and Singers.

Good luck to the WCHS students participating!

Our 4th and 5th grades traveled to McCain Auditorium in Manhattan to attend Pirate School. The production provided a combination of learning and laughs.
