Thank you to all our supporters! The band had a great day! However...coaches have been notified, and we will update when we know but we won't be making it back to practice on time... We will are currently stuck in the parking lot of MUD...thankfully Dan the Man has us and we will eventually be free of the mud, rain, and yuck. I will post again when we are out of the mud!

Mrs. Walter’s 2nd grade has finished their first social studies unit about U.S. Symbols. We learned about the bald eagle, Statue of Liberty, Liberty Bell, Mount Rushmore, and many important places in Washington D.C.

Hello Tigers,
Another QUICK week at WCJHHS has come and gone. We are already seeing most of our students settling back into the routine of school. For other students, the transition can take a while longer. Remember, healthier food options, limited screen time, and plenty of sleep will help your students adjust and adapt more easily. Attached you'll see the weekly newsletter with important info and upcoming activities. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. #EffortBuildsExcellence #TigerStrong

Each week, the 7th-grade art class takes on a new sketch challenge—and this week, the boys really got it. The prompt asked them to design a drawing that filled the space using both 2D and 3D arrows.
👏 Congratulations to Corbin, our SKETCH OF THE WEEK (blue, orange, yellow design), for his creative and well-executed design!
👏 A big shoutout to Ryder, our close runner-up!
It's great to see the effort these students put into their work!

JH Football opened the season versus Frankfort. Our kids played hard throughout the game. We are a young team that has potential. 10 - 7th graders seen the field. The game ended with 3 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter. 48-0 Frankfort. We travel to Seneca to face St. Peter & Paul next week!
Tonight was the big first game for our Junior High volleyball girls! We had some first-game jitters, but both teams showed heart, hustle, and so much potential. 💪🏐
A Team battled hard, falling just short with scores of 21-25 and 17-25.
B Team fought through some tough sets, with scores of 3-25 and 14-25.
Even though the scoreboard didn’t go our way, there were so many great moments from both teams that show how much talent and growth is ahead. I am beyond proud of these girls, and I can’t wait to keep improving, learning, and—most importantly—having fun together this season!
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support us tonight—you make all the difference.

Students in biology extracted DNA from "mystery material" today. I think most of them know what the "mystery material" is.
