Immunizations for Influenza (Flu) will be available for students, teachers and staff at school Thursday, September 28 beginning at 7:30am in the Elementary Gym. An electronic form MUST be filled out BEFORE the immunization will be given. Please have your health insurance information ready, you will need it to fill out the form. If you do not have health insurance you will mark that on the form and the Washington County Health Department will bill you.
