
5th grade Science students have been growing mold farms while learning about food chains and of course decomposers! Each group tested different conditions and wrote daily observations. Yesterday, they finally got to write the conclusion for their experiment.

Ms. Myers' 4th grade class listened to Jake Pannbacker talk about his family farm and all of the different jobs it entails. Pannbacker Farms is our classroom to careers sponsor this year.




Santa is coming to the powerzone building from 2-3pm today(Sunday). Come see Santa, decorate a cookie, make a decoration, write a letter to Santa and register for large stockings. FBLA is sponsoring the decorations.

The Washington Lady Tigers take 2nd Place at the Thunderbird Pre-Season Tournament. The Lady Tigers came up short to Clifton-Clyde, 55-40. Proud of their effort! #betigerstrong

Washington County Boys earn 3rd place in the Thunderbird Pre-Season Tournament with a 60-47 win over Pike Valley! Way to play men! #BeTigerStrong

Yesterday Sarah Portenier, daughter of Dennis & Angie, and Malorie Tegethoff, daughter of Corey & Andrea, signed their letters of intent to cheer at Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina next year. Coaches Kaitie Wenzl and Stacy Lovgren could not be more proud of them and know they will contribute at a high level to the coyote squad.



What a great night to be a tiger!! The Ruby Reds threw some new stunts tonight, performed at half time of the boys game, and cheered our teams on to get the Ws!
We are pumped for basketball season. Make plans to join us at all the home games this year. Thanks for cheering along and supporting these great 108 athletes! See you tomorrow in Linn and Friday at home again.

Mrs. Frager’s first graders made gingerbread houses today. They always come together to make such a pretty little village.
It is a great activity to reinforce shapes, develop and carry out a plan, and work on patience (that last one is Mrs. Frager’s part😉).
