Chyna with a cool oak cross/shelf. This is a project she dreamt up and designed. It turned out really neat. Good job, Chyna!
Octavien with a nice oak nightstand. He did a great job on building his nightstand and got it done in a timely manner with plenty of time left in the year to do a small woods project.
Chris with a quality "Rustic-X" table he built out of dimensional lumber. These tables are becoming quite popular and the students have built quite a few pieces with the "Rustic-X" style.

WCHS JV Golf heads to Cool Spring Golf Course in Onaga (Frankfort Host). Good luck athletes and coaches!
WCHS Art Students will be showing their work along with other area schools as part of the GFWC Art Show this Saturday. The show is open for public viewing for anyone interested.
Another great track meet for our junior high a track athletes at Mankato at the Highway 36 Invitational. Many personal bests and battles of mental toughness. We are officially over half way through our meet season and the kids are working so hard. We are Tiger Strong.
FYI for today’s JH Track meet @ Mankato-Rock Hills. Please keep this in consideration for travel to this meet.

Another cold and windy track meet for our junior high track athletes. These kids didn’t disappoint, back down, or look for excuses. It is difficult to have track meets 2 days apart, bodies don’t have time for a full recovery. With that said… we had 49 Personal Bests or Season Bests for our team today. Way to go. Junior High Rocks!
