At yesterday’s Twin Valley League meet both Lillee Richard and Hunter Hill earned the title of TVL Champion! Lillee won the Girl’s Pole Vault and Hunter won the Boy’s open 400m run. We are proud of you representing WCHS so well! ⚡️🐅💪🏻

It was another incredible day on the track for the WCHS Track Team! Lots of improvement from several individuals both JV and Varsity at the TVL Meet. Addy Goeckel broke the girls 100m hurdle record(16.09). Kiersten Tholstrup broke the open 400m record(1:02.47). To finish the day the 4x400 girls team of Kiersten Tholsrup, Jesse Hoover, McKenzie Baker, and Addy Goeckel broke the school record with a time of 4:14.14 to get 2nd place overall as a team! ⚡️🐅💪🏻

The fourth graders want to say, “Thank you to Washington County Farm Bureau for sponsoring our field trip to Ohlde’s Dairy and for being our Classroom to Careers sponsor.”

The WCHS Art Club hosted the Spring Art Show on Monday. Sabrina Hill received BEST OF SHOW for her ink piece and the other shown pieces received best of category. The show was judged by former art instructor Brad Owens. The show had over 170 pieces of student art work.




Thank you, Ron and Karen Nutz for visiting today. The kids really enjoyed seeing the piece of the World Trade Center and hearing about the heroics of our very own Mark Nutsch. We are excited to see the Horse Solider Monument once it is complete!

5th Grade Book Reports!!




The 4th graders are posed with the piece of The World Trade Center that will go with the Horse Soldier Monument on the Courthouse Square.

The 4th graders were able to paint a flower pot and plant a petunia for their moms or special somebody for Mother’s Day. Thank you to Washington County Farm Bureau for the classroom money and for being our Classroom to Careers sponsor.
