Thank you to the K State Research and Extension for the educational learning opportunity in your space dome. The 4th graders loved the unique experience learning of planets, orbits, stars, constellations, and the night view of Washington.

We're gearing up for an awesome show tomorrow night. The kids have put in a lot of work. Come enjoy the 7-12 music concert Thursday night in the HS gym starting at 7 pm. #BeTigerStrong

"This is the best day ever!" One 4th grader said as they spent time playing board games with their classmates.

Jonathan turned a beautiful padauk and walnut bowl on the lathe. The natural reddish/orange color of the padauk is neat. Jonathan discovered that the padauk dust was a mess and turned everything red. Good job on your bowl, Jonathan!

Monte and Grayson built a nice storage tote rack for "play supplies" for Mrs. Toole. These two have been super helpful to the school and also built a T-shirt tower for Mrs. Bruna earlier in the year. Good job, Grayson and Monte, the faculty and school appreciate your efforts.

Eli built a neat American flag with some shed antlers added for flair. This will make a nice man cave hanging. Good job, Eli !

Faith built a neat rolling oak cart with casters. It will be put to good use organizing her room. Good job, Faith!

Brayttan with a nice plant stand that he made out of dimensional lumber. Nice work, Brayttan!

Charley built a cool key rack that she burned her last name on, this project is made of red appalachian oak. Good job, Charley!

Ryan with a cutting board-style boot jack. The variety of wood used and the wood burning make it unique. Good job, Ryan!

Kale is pictured with a quality-made kids' picnic table that he built out of knotty pine. It turned out neat. Good job, Kale.

Eli with a nice and sturdy dimensional lumber table he built for his mother's chiropractic business. Good job, Eli !

Tiger boys lost a hard fought game at Smith Center. It was another exciting game that we can be proud of. We'll travel to Hanover on Friday.
