Congratulations to Mr. Tim Zenger, of the Washington County FFA Alumni and Supporters, for receiving the top Outstanding Achievement Award for the State of Kansas this year! Tim has been heavily involved the FFA Alumni program and has volunteered his time and talents at ever level of the organization. He served as the Kansas FFA Alumni State President from 2015, stepping down in 2022. He was involved in implementing several new activities for the Kansas FFA Alumni and Supporters and helping other communities get their local Alumni programs up and running. Tim and his family have put a great deal of time and support into our local, District and State FFA and Alumni programs that it is simply too numerous to mention. We so extremely happy to see you earn this award and recognition, thank you, and congratulations Mr. Zenger!

Congratulations to McKenzie Baker for receiving a National FFA SAE Program Grant at the State FFA Convention for $1000.00 Her SAE program consists of using local trees to make sawmill lumber that she gathers and dries for several months, to make some amazing furniture, tables, bars, and decorative wall signs/artwork. Her program is truly unique and, along with the help of her parents, Jerry and Misty Baker, has developed this into an outstanding SAE program! Congratulations McKenzie!
