If we do not use all the inclement weather days that we built into the calendar this year, STUDENTS & STAFF WILL HAVE AN EXTRA DAY OFF!!
What that means is that if we do not have a “no school” day because of the weather between NOW and MARCH 8th…EVERYONE WILL GET APRIL 2ND OFF.

Mrs. Bruna's Accounting students attended the Explore Accounting conference held by the College of Business at KSU. Students participated in a scavenger hunt through the college to meet professors, listen to the CFO from Huhtmaki, and other accounting professionals. Joree won a $500 scholarship, and WS students won 1st and 2nd in the scavenger hunt. Fun was had by all!

Mrs. Baker's class has completed their presidential research paper. Many standards and skills were addressed in this project. This also served as our history and social studies state assessment. Ask these students who their president was and for some facts they learned. Their posters hang in the hallway for other students to learn from.

Elementary lost and found is growing!! If any of this belongs to your child, please email Heather at hgepner@usd108.org or call the school at 785-325-2261, ext. 2.

Ryan with a nice tailgate bed made out of oak. This tailgate is sentimental for it was off his father's old truck from his high school days. This bed is a great way to preserve and use a family heirloom for years to come. Good job, Ryan!

Congratulations to Lillee Richard on signing with Concordia University for pole vault. We are so proud of you! #betigerstrong
