Brecklyn with a beautiful farmhouse-style table she built out of dimensional lumber. She did a nice job and built this project in no time. Good job, Brecklyn!

WCJH hosts Linn tonight (12-12-24). Good Luck Tigers! #BeTigerStrong

Wrapping up the year Spanish 1 & 2 made alebrijes- spirit animals. The students were able to name the different animal parts they used, colors, and the different parts of a body on their alebrijes. They all did a great job!

Seth is pictured with a nice walnut nightstand. Some people look down upon the sapwood (the light-colored wood), but I like how it was used to accent and add some character to this walnut nightstand. Good job, Seth!

Garrison with a couple of woods projects he has been working on. The first is a picture frame he built for a community member. In the second picture, he also designed and built a neat euro deer mount with a custom "casket" style wall mount. Good job, Garrison!

Tigers boys got the win tonight, in exciting fashion! The shots were not falling in the 1st half. We found ourselves in a 17 pt deficit at half. They kept improving on both sides of the floor and took the lead late! Earning a 59-57 victory over Pike Valley!
WOW!! What a fun night to be a Tiger with a clean sweep of Pike Valley. It was a great way to start the season. Fans, thank you for cheering with us and keeping a positive and electric game day environment.
The first game is under our belt and we can't wait to build on what was started tonight.
Let's hear it for the band!!

This is the last of the 2023-24 woods projects from this past year. Jayden did a great job on her oak dresser. It turned out really nice and I am proud of her for building an advanced project and working hard to complete it in a school year. Good job, Jayden!

Good Morning,
Here is your weekly newsletter with information for the upcoming week.
Friday December 13th we will have a state trooper from the Kansas Highway Patrol helping out our FCCLA Families Acting for Community Traffic Safety STAR Event team. They will be presenting to the students in groups by class. Below is a link to a seatbelt simulator some students will have the opportunity to experience. Please discuss this with your students whether or not you wish for them to participate in the simulator. All students will hear a message from the trooper about Seatbelt Safety.
