The Tigers held their own and then some at the Regional meet! 8 individual events and 2 relays made the cut for state next week in Wichita, and plenty more just missed out. The girls won regionals for the 2nd year in a row! Back to state next week ⚡️🐅⚡️

1A Regional Golf Champions with a winning Score of 348.
It was a beautiful day to play golf, and the boys took advantage of it. I am super proud of these golfers and the work they have put in.

Jacob with a well-built gun cabinet made out of oak. He did a great job on it and I am impressed that this is his first year of high school woodworking. The provincial stain looks nice as well. Good job, Jacob!
Angel with a nice modern-style vanity made out of dimensional lumber and plywood. I like the paint and stain combo. Her brother was here to help load her project up and also managed to partake in the woods project photo. Good job, Angel!
Destyni with a nice fishing pole rack made out of ash. She made this for someone special and I think they will like it. Good job, Destyni!
4th grade visited the Topeka Capitol for their field trip today. We started with the historical tour and ended with the dome tour where many braved the heights and went clear to the top.
The 4th graders had a great field trip to our state capital and a picnic in Gage Park. They learned a lot of history and many made it to the top of the historical Kansas dome. Did you know Kansas has the 2nd tallest state Capitol in the nation?
We had the best time visiting FNB Washington! Thank you for being Mrs. Peters' Kindergarten Classroom to Career Sponsor. This year we were able to buy new kinetic sand, storage containers for our STEM items, and other essential items for our classroom. Thanks for your continued support of USD 108!
The Kindergarten class had so much fun today on our field trip! We visited Prairieland Equipment John Deere in Clay Center followed by a fun afternoon of playing in the park and visiting the Clay Center Zoo!
