Ruby Reds tryout signup is posted in the high school office. Practices will be 6-8:00 pm March 18th, 19th, and 21st. Tryouts will be Friday March 22nd at 6:30. 8-11th graders are welcome to tryout. Washington County Bowling team had their last away meet today on Junction City. Boys placed 3 on both Varsity and JV. Grayson Votipka placed 4th individual with a 608. JV boys were led by Rien Pospichal with his highest game and series yet with a 207 / 490. Girls placed 2nd in both Varsity and JV with Angelina Cisneros rolling a 428 to lead our Varsity girls and Danielle Munsterman leading JV with a 4th place individual finish with a 425. Our last home meet will be Thursday at 3pm. Senior day! Then off to Regionals in Topeka, Wednesday, Feb 21st. Let's Roll Tigers!!
This Saturday the Washington County forensics team traveled to Rock Creek for a 16-team tournament. Eight team members competed with three making it to finals and one qualifying for State Champs. Garrett Hill - 1st Humorous Solo (State Qualifier), Makenna Elliot - 3rd Program of Oral Interpretation, Angel Cole - 5th Impromptu Speaking.
