DIRECTOR OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE / HEAD CUSTODIAN
USD 108 is hiring a Director of Building Maintenance/Head Custodian. This is a 12 monthly position. 50 hours/week guaranteed (10 hour days). Benefits include a full single paid health insurance and sick & vacation leave. Potential gross pay (based on experience) is $55,000 or greater. This position includes regular school custodial and maintenance work.
Experience in plumbing & minor electrical work preferred
Computer experience helpful for scheduling and HVAC & lighting management
Boiler experience helpful
Have or able to get Asbestos training
Must be able to supervise and direct other custodial staff
