The play is looking for these props: a doctor's medical bag and a "glass" slipper. Something like what is shown here but doesn't have to be exact. The slipper should not actually be glass, but look like it is. Let Mrs. Toole know if you have anything you would donate or allow to be borrowed at etoole@usd108.org.


Students in 8th grade Business Essentials are pictured planning their city. In class, the students were choosing which businesses would complement each other and which businesses should be separated. Some girls are also going to design a fire station and a city park/pool area.

The Lady Tigers won against Donipahn West but lost to Blue Valley and Valley Heights.
JH boys competed well today at our home meet. Lyle and Emery both medaled! Placings as follows: Lyle 4th, Emery 10th, Xander 18th, Carter 22nd, Robert 33rd, and Coy was 34th.







JH girls results from our home meet: Madison 12th, Aubri 25th, Kinsley 28th, Libby 29th, Maci 30th, Cecelia 32nd, Catlynn 33rd. Keeping working hard, girls. It will pay off in the end!

Mrs. Baker's class has been busy the last week learning about inverse operations in math, using subtraction to check addition to the hundred thousand place value, writing our personal narratives using vivid verbs and adjectives, summarizing and comprehension strategies, learning about the Civil War and the U.S becoming a super power, and celebrating a birthday. We are getting smarter everyday!
