The girls 4x100 ran another PR today to come home with the 8th place medal. The team of Addy, Kenzie, Jesse and Alyssa ran a 51.71!! These girls had a very tough field today to compete against and still pulled hardware!!! They worked hard on handoffs all year and it played off.

Octavien has been battling an injury and we took some time to recoup this week trying to heel. He made the finals and threw 150' but it wasn't quite good enough to make the podium. Good job Tave, bad timing on the injury but that does not overshadow your awesome senior season in track. Proud of you.
Tanner came in on a next best 4 and came away with the 4th place medal. Tanner PR'd with a jump of 42'6.75". Way to work hard this year Tanner. Your hard work payed off in a big way!! Proud of you!!

Kenzie battled hard in the triple jump and PR'd with a jump of 34'1.25". She missed finals by 1". Way to Kenz!!
This girl is on fire today. Addy was the BACK TO BACK TO BACK 1A 300 m hurdle champion. To top it off Addy ran a 44.65 which shattered her school record. This girl has been working hard and it's showing!! Anna wasn't far behind and came away with the 4th place medal. Anna ran a PR of 46.89. Way to go girls!!! We are proud of you!!!

Addy started the day off on fire!!! Not only did Addy win the 100 hurdles, she set a new school record with a time of 15.21!!! That beat her old record of 15.37 set at TVL. IT'S GO TIME FOR ALL THE WCHS TRACKSTER TIGERS!!! Good luck to all the Tigers today and tomorrow. We are proud of you.
We have some Tiger golf medalists! Great job! These young men played so well; it was such a blast seeing them compete both days and not give up. We placed 4th as a team and ran into a buzz saw of schools that played very well. Earning state medals were Grayson Votipka (T-12th) and Tucker Huband (17th). Finishing outside of the top 20 were Braylen Meier (T-24th) and Monte Huckett (28th), Noah Hoover (42nd), and Mayze Miller (43rd). All of these golfers should be so proud! I am so proud of these young men, growing up, learning how to deal with adversity, ups, and downs along the way in our 5-6 hour rounds, playing in the rain, wind, or cold, or all 3. All these aspects change how the ball flies and travels, and they have to adjust. It’s difficult to bring your best each and every tournament; some days, we have those off days, and we have to bounce back. This group fits this to a T all year. Every tournament, they showed up and found a way to score. It was a different 4 boys scoring every tournament; they picked each other up when one was off that day. These seniors were freshmen when I started coaching, and they are going to be big shoes to fill! So proud of how they represented us and our school. Grayson, Monte, Will, and Anthony, thanks for being leaders and being coachable; you guys all have very bright futures ahead of you. Also, I want to say thank you to Ryan Huckett for stepping in when needed and helping get to and from the tournaments! Now you younger guys, next year starts now—reps, reps, reps. Congrats to you Tiger Golfers! A great way to end a fantastic season!

We have 3 more Tigers that punched tickets for state. These 3 got in on the next 4 best performances in their respective events. Macie Gepner in pole vault with a vault of 8'6". Tanner Baker in triple jump with a jump of 41'.25". Kenzie Baker in triple jump with a jump of 33'4". That puts us with a grand total of 6 girl and 3 boy qualifiers!!! On to state to give it our all!!! Great job and good luck!

Keira built a nice modern-style nightstand with a touch of the farmhouse paint/stain combo. It is constructed out of beech wood. Correl modeled Keira's project for her on this particular day. Good job, Keira!

Emiliano built a nice cabinet out of oak. You could use this as a hallway table or even a TV stand. This is a very versatile size and style of project. Good job, Emiliano!
